Refund Policy

At CoreReach Strategies, we are committed to delivering high-quality advertising and marketing services that help our clients grow their businesses. Because our services involve time, strategy, and resources invested from the start, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.


1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Marketing & Advertising Plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise):

    • Once work has begun on a campaign, refunds are generally not available due to the resources already allocated.

    • If a cancellation request is made before work has started, a full refund will be issued.

  • Custom Services & Consulting:

    • Refunds are not available for completed consulting sessions or delivered strategy work.

    • If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative fees).


2. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

  • To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the renewal date.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.


3. Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you experience an incorrect or duplicate charge, please contact us immediately at contact@corereachstrategies.com. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.


4. How to Request a Refund

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@corereachstrategies.com with your order details. Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
